Flag of the first Kingdom of France.

Monochrome flag purportedly pointed as the first of the Kingdom, as the dark blue colour comes from the tradition of the Saint Martin mantle, protector in the first Kingdom battles against the enemies (visigothes, sarrasins etc..). The blue colour is used eversince in the arms of all times France.
